text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">O benef\u00edcio assistencial ao idoso \u00e9 destinado \u00e0s pessoas com idade acima de 65 (sessenta e cinco) anos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295; color: #000000; font-family: Arial; white-space: pre-wrap;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295; text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: #000000; font-family: Arial; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Igualmente, tanto o benef\u00edcio assistencial ao idoso, quanto o benef\u00edcio assistencial ao portador de defici\u00eancia devem comprovar o estado de pobreza ou necessidade (renda familiar mensal per capita igual ou inferior a 1\/4 (um quarto) do sal\u00e1rio-m\u00ednimo).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295; text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Al\u00e9m disso, ambos os benef\u00edcios podem ser pagos, mesmo que a pessoa nunca tenha vertido contribui\u00e7\u00f5es para o INSS.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295; text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">O valor do benef\u00edcio corresponde a 1 (um) sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295; text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Para tanto, a pessoa interessada dever\u00e1 se inscrever no Cadastro \u00danico de Programas Sociais do Governo Federal \u2013 Cad\u00danico, por meio do CRAAS, antes da formula\u00e7\u00e3o do requerimento administrativo perante o INSS.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295; text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;
