text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">O aux\u00edlio-doen\u00e7a \u00e9 um benef\u00edcio por incapacidade devido ao segurado do INSS que comprove, em per\u00edcia m\u00e9dica, encontrar-se temporariamente incapacitado para o trabalho em virtude de doen\u00e7a ou acidente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295; text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Nos \u00faltimos 15 (quinze) dias do aux\u00edlio-doen\u00e7a, na hip\u00f3tese de que o prazo antes concedido para a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do segurado seja insuficiente para o seu retorno ao trabalho, ele poder\u00e1 solicitar a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio pela Central 135 ou pelo Meu INSS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295; text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">No caso de indeferimento da prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio, o segurado dever\u00e1 procurar orienta\u00e7\u00e3o com um Advogado para avaliar o quadro f\u00e1tico e jur\u00eddico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295;  text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Para obten\u00e7\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio o segurado dever\u00e1 cumprir car\u00eancia de 12 (doze) contribui\u00e7\u00f5es mensais, havendo casos em que \u00e9 dispensada a car\u00eancia, como, por exemplo, doen\u00e7as profissionais, acidentes de trabalho e acidentes de qualquer natureza ou causa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.295;  text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;
